Police probe Penrith burglary

Croft Avenue

Police are investigating a burglary on Croft Avenue in Penrith.

Officers were called at 2.10pm today (27 Sept) to a report of a property having been broken into.

Officers are in attendance and making house-to-house enquiries.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “It’s not yet clear whether anything has been taken.”

Any witnesses who saw or heard anything, or anyone with information is urged to contact police referencing incident 100 of 27 Sept.
