Appeal after dangerous driving in Carlisle

Police are investigating an incident of dangerous driving which occurred at the Newby West roundabout, Carlisle at approximately 1:50am on Saturday 12th October.

A Vauxhall Corsa drove the wrong way around the roundabout at speed narrowly avoiding a collision with a heavy goods vehicle.

Police would like to speak to the driver of the HGV and any other witnesses, anyone with information should contact PC 2326 Fowkes on 101 or email [email protected], or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
