Four fire engines have attended a domestic property fire on Fallbarrow Road, Windermere.
Fire crews were called at 10:39pm yesterday, Thursday 28 November.
A Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “The fire was well alight on arrival and firefighters used four breathing apparatus, two hose reels jets, a positive pressure ventilation unit, one nine metre ladder and small gear to extinguish the fire.
“Crews were in attendance for two hours and ten minutes.”
