Man charged following Bootle firearm incident

Workington Magistrates Court

A man has been charged following an incident in Bootle on Friday night (13 December).

Brian Capstick, 48, of Newfield House, Ecclefechan, was charged with possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear or violence.

He will appear at Workington’s magistrates court this morning (16 December).
