Police appeal after woman bitten by dog in Carlisle

Police want to speak to this man

Police have released an image in a dog bite investigation that occurred on a footpath to the rear of the Sands Centre, Carlisle on the 14th January.

The incident occurred at around 12:15pm in which a dog described as black terrier type has bitten a woman on the leg causing injury.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “Officers would like to speak with the person pictured as part of their investigation.”

Anyone who recognises the individual, or has any information about the incident, should call Cumbria Police on 101 and quote log number 172 of the 14th January 2020.
