Police were called at around 1:15pm today (Jan 14) to the report of a three-vehicle road traffic collision on the A596 near the Wigton and Silloth junctions
The incident involved a Kia, BMW and a Mini.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “The driver of the mini, a 64-year-old man from Silloth was taken to Cumberland infirmary in Carlisle with injuries not believed to be serious.
“The driver of the BMW, a 25-year-old man from Carlisle was uninjured.
“The driver of the Kia, a 70-year-old from Wigton was uninjured.”
