Lloyd BMW in Carlisle have announced that they have won the ‘BMW Customer Service Retailer of the Year’ award at the prestigious BMW annual conference which was attended by 140 approved BMW retailers from across the UK.
The annual awards officially recognise excellence in the BMW UK network and go to those who perform exceptionally across a number of customer service and business measures.
The ‘Customer Retailer of the Year’ award recognises outstanding customer service standards consistently maintained by Lloyd Carlisle BMW throughout 2019 based on customer feedback and a five-star rating system.

This accolade was just one of many that Lloyd BMW proudly picked up at this year’s awards ceremony. Further recognition was achieved by Lloyd Newcastle winning ‘BMW Regional Group Retailer of the Year’ and ‘BMW Financial Services Retailer of the Year’.
