In light of Government announcements to avoid non-essential contact, the Brewery Arts Centre has taken the difficult decision to close our building to the public from today (17th March 2020) until at least 29th March 2020.
A Brewery Arts Centre spokesman said: “The wellbeing of our staff, visitors, artists and volunteers is of paramount importance to us, and given the current national picture it is not viable to remain open to the public at this time.
“We will be providing regular updates about our longer-term plans in the coming days and weeks and we will stay connected with our customers, audiences, artists and partners as much as possible during our closure. Please stay tuned to our website and social media channels for news.
“If you have booked a ticket or are due to attend an event at the Brewery, our team will be contacting you directly over the next few days to reschedule or refund bookings.
“Should you wish to contact us during this time please email [email protected]
“We are currently working to set our team up to work from home and we are reviewing how we can operate information/box office phone lines during the closure period. This may take us a day or two, but we will announce when the phone lines will be running again as soon as we can.
“Thank you for your understanding and patience during this unprecedented situation, and very best wishes to everyone,”
