JMP Foodservice have decided to support the local community during the difficult times ahead caused by the current coronavirus outbreak. They have reached out to the local community and are offering their services to the public in the surrounding area, in a bid to make sure no one goes with out essential food, drinks or numerous non food items such as cleaning products and toilet roll.
This service is collection only, with card payments being the only method accepted, to minimise the contamination risk, protecting both staff and customers safety. Simply telephone an order into their friendly telesales team between 8.30 am and 5pm Monday to Friday on 015396 20296, and you can collect your goods between 9am and 12 noon. We are also hoping to launch a home delivery service, 10 mile radius of our depot in the next couple of days. Further updates can be found on our facebook page @jmpfoodservice.
JMP Foodservice are continuing their normal wholesale trading to ensure all business establishments have the consumables and products they need, as well as this addition to help supply the local community.
Anne Benville, Director says; “We all need to do our bit in what is certainly going to be difficult times ahead. Our current stock levels mean we can maintain our high quality delivery service to our regular food service customers, as well as helping to bridge the current shortfall in the supply chain and provide locals with items they may well be missing from the regular shopping trip. It also means local people trying to socially distance themselves in the current climate have a much shorter distance to travel to get their essentials!”
This has given the local community the reassurance that they can provide for there families and loved ones, and is one less thing to worry about in the uncertain times ahead.
The collection service is available from their depot at Sedbergh, LA10 5HQ, with a minimum order of £20. Which is easily done when you see their delicious product list, with all the range available to buy, which can be viewed on their website at www.jmpfoodservice.co.uk
