Barrow woman critical after A5087 crash

Police are appealing for potential witnesses to a one vehicle road traffic collision that occurred at 6:20pm on Sunday 15th March on the A5087 Coastroad between Conishead Priory and Bardsea Village.

The collision involved a Vauxhall Corsa.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “A 49-year-old woman from Barrow the passenger in the vehicle is currently in a critical condition.The driver suffered minor injuries.

“Officers would like to speak to two potential witnesses who may have seen the collision.  These witnesses were driving a white Nissan Juke 2017-2018 in age. The other was a black Range Rover, described as an older square shape vehicle.”
