Family pay tribute to man murdered in Barrow

A man who died following a stabbing in Barrow on Friday evening (June 12) has been formally identified as David Greenall, 48, of Barrow.

Mr Greenall’s family paid tribute to him today by saying: “We had some really good times with David and have fond memories. He will be sadly missed.”

The suspect, a 63-year-old man remains in police custody for questioning.
