Two fire engines have attended a house fire on Huddleston Road, Millom.
The fire involved the upstairs bedroom of a domestic property.
Fire crews were called at 2:12pm yesterday, Thursday 18 June.
A Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “Firefighters used four breathing apparatus, a hose reel jet, triple extension ladder and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire and were detained one hour.”
