Police called to sudden death in Penrith

At 12.09pm yesterday afternoon (30 July) police were called to a report of the sudden death of a woman in her 80s on Macadam Way in Penrith.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “Police and NWAS attended and the woman was pronounced deceased at the scene.

“There are believed to be no suspicious circumstances.”
