A Carlisle man has pleaded guilty to four charges of drug possession.
Magistrates in Carlisle were told how Danny Green, 23, of Peel Street, Carlisle attended a music festival in Lancashire when he was found to be in possession of both Class A, B and C illegal drugs.
The charges are possession with intent to supply a quantity of MDMA (ecstasy) class A drug; also class A cocaine, he is also charged with possession with intent to supply class B cannabis and a quantity of diazepam, a class C drug.
The court was told the offences are “street dealing” while at a music festival on July 16, 2018, at Clitheroe in Lancashire, prosecuting John Moran said Green “had a significant role to play in the dealing and was for a monetary advantage”.
Magistrates sent the case to be sentenced by a judge at Carlisle Crown Court on September 22, a pre-sentence report will be prepared before that hearing, he was granted unconditional bail.
