A number of staff at Newlands Care Centre in Workington have received prestigious Long Service Awards in celebration of working at Barchester Healthcare for 140 years between them.
Those recognised were Carers, Kirsty Johnston celebrating 10 years of service, Shaun Campbell celebrating 15 years, Christine Thompson celebrating 25 years, Care Practitioner Sara Robinson celebrating 20 years, Home Administrator Lorraine Glynn celebrating 20 years, Head Housekeeper Gill Forster celebrating 25 years and Housekeeper Margaret Cowan celebrating her 25 Years of Service.
Together, staff have worked with residents and their relatives to ensure that their needs have been met over the years. We are very grateful for their dedication and commitment throughout the years.

It is dedication like this that ensures our residents are provided with a happy place to live.”
