Appeal after bike stolen in Staveley

Police are investigating a theft in the Beck Nook area of Staveley, in the early hours of 30 September.

A bicycle was taken from a property on Station Lane.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “Officers would like to encourage residents in the area to ensure their property and valuables are kept secure at night and to report any suspicious activity to the police.”

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact police on 101, quoting incident number 17 of 30 September.
