Cash stolen in Maryport burglary

Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary at an address on Curzon Street, Maryport, on 23 September at around 5:50pm.

Cash was stolen.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “A suspect was described as a white man, in his late 20s, 5ft 10in tall, of slim build, wearing a black slim-fitted top, blue skinny jeans, black trainers and a white face covering.

“Officers are appealing for anyone in the area of Curzon Street at the time of incident, who may have seen suspicious activity, to please get in touch.”
