Appeal after Frizington collision

Police are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision that occurred at 1.40pm on 18th October 2020 at the junction of Frizington Road and Church Street in Frizington.

The collision involved a Black Vauxhall Astra and an off road motorcycle. It is not believed anyone was seriously injured.

The rider and pillion passenger of the bike, described as two young males, left the scene after the collision.

A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have been in that area at the time and witnessed the incident, any dashcam footage or CCTV, that will assist with the identification of the rider and pillion passenger.”
